Terms of Service

First draft. This is a working skeleton, not the final agreement - it will be reviewed and finalised by legal counsel before Jake opens to the public. Nothing here is a binding commitment yet.

Acceptable use

Jake is provided for legitimate business use by sales teams. You agree not to misuse the service - no attempts to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, overload it, or use it to process data you have no right to process. You’re responsible for the conduct of users on your account.

Integrations are yours to grant

When you connect a third-party tool, you confirm you’re authorised to grant Jake access to that data and to the account you connect. You’re responsible for ensuring that connecting it complies with your own agreements and your customers’ expectations. Jake reads the data you grant it and uses it only to provide the product to you.

Design-partner phase

Jake is currently in a design-partner phase. The service is provided as-is and may change, break, or be unavailable as we build. Features may be added or removed. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can, but you should not rely on the service for mission-critical operations during this period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jake is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited. Jake produces AI-generated coaching and extractions that may be incomplete or wrong; you remain responsible for your own deals and decisions. Treat Jake’s output as a prompt to act, not as a system of record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (placeholder - to be confirmed before launch). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
