Bring your stack - Jake adapts to it. We don’t ask you to move your pipeline, your calls, or your inbox into a new system. You connect the tools you already run, and Jake reads from them to do its work. Every connector is read-only or send-only: Jake pulls deal data and sends you coaching; it never writes back into your systems of record.

Setting up the available connectors

Salesforce

Connect via OAuth - read-only (api + refresh_token). Jake pulls your Opportunities and Accounts and never writes back. Closed-lost is skipped. Amount converts to MRR via a mapping you set.

Google Calendar

Connect from the Connectors page inside Jake (Settings → Connectors).

Gmail

Connect via Google OAuth - read-only (gmail.readonly only). Jake reads threads with your deal accounts to spot champion silence; it never sends or modifies email.

Granola

Paste your Granola API key from app.granola.ai → Settings → Integrations. Transcripts sync in and match to deals by attendee email domain.

Slack

Connect via OAuth - Jake DMs you the daily brief and at-risk nudges. Scopes: chat:write, im:write, users:read. It never reads channels or message history.

HubSpot

Connect via OAuth - read-only across deals, contacts, and companies. Stage and forecast are mapped from HubSpot’s deal-stage probability; Amount converts to MRR via a mapping you set.

Pipedrive

Connect from the Connectors page inside Jake (Settings → Connectors).

Self-managed CSV
