Privacy Policy

First draft. This is a working skeleton, not the final policy - it will be reviewed and finalised by legal counsel before launch. Nothing here is a binding commitment yet.

What we collect

Jake collects three kinds of data. Account identity - your name and email, used to sign you in and to associate your data with you. Integration data - the deals, accounts, contacts, call transcripts, and email signals pulled from the tools you connect, on your instruction. AI-derived insights - the MEDDPICC fields, summaries, risk signals, and coaching Jake generates from that data.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the product to you: to build your pipeline view, generate your daily brief, surface at-risk deals, and coach your next move. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models (see Security).

Who can access it

Access follows the same boundaries enforced throughout the product: you can see your own data, and your manager can see their team’s data in read-only form. Our staff do not access customer data except where necessary to provide support or operate the service, and any such access is logged.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Integration data stays in sync with the source systems you connect; disconnecting a tool stops further syncing and removes its stored credentials, though previously-synced records remain in your workspace until deleted.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@tryjake.com. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and confirm when complete. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@tryjake.com.
